Alfresco - orbeon Xform

Creating webforms (xfroms) through orbeon is a snap. I am wondering how can we integrate orbeon Xform with alfresco to create custom application.

Can someone also suggest which of the following is best or more suitable approach?

1. alfresco content repository + Xforms (orbeon, chiba)
2. alfresco content repository + java script + freemarker
3. alfresco content repository + java Faces/spring mvc webflow etc
