Following the wiki page on Weblogic (http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Installing_into_BEA_Weblogic_9.x), Alfresco is not designed to be deployed as a WAR in Weblogic. We have to deploy it in "exploded" mode. Can we expected that will be change in an upcoming release ? We would like to deploy Alfresco as only one war file into weblogic.
To deploy Alfresco on Oracle Weblogic AS you need to deploy it as an EAR package. Now you can see this section of the wiki to deploy Alfresco for the latest versions of Weblogic. I think that for the latest version of Alfresco you could have the EAR package too available as a new download package.
