Alfresco on OSX Server in Live environment

Hi

I would be interested to know if anybody is running the Labs version of Alfresco 3.* on OSX Server 10.5 in a live ennvironment? We are a small non-profit organisation with about 55 staff and we are looking at running the Labs version of Alfresco for our document management and online collaboration, and we currently have a well specked OSX server that we could use for this, but it is obviously not one of the supported stacks, so wondering if anybody out there is using it successfully.

I don't know of anyone doing this specifically, but I can tell you about 1/2 the Alfresco development team use MacBook Pros running OS X, so it's not a completely unknown environment.

We'd be interested to hear your experience running a production system on this platform.
