Alfresco Mobile for Android (My Files)

Hello.

I tested this app (Version: 1.3.2.208) and could see that there's not have a shortcut for "My Home" or "My Files" (Share) on Alfresco Server. The only way to access this is from the Repository. In "Local Files" I see the just files on my phone. Wouldn't be a useful shortcut?

As you're on 4.2.e you'll likely need to setup a server-side configuration file to tell the app about those capabilities. Please see http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Alfresco_Mobile_for_Android_:_Server_Side_Configuration for details.

I tried the instructions on this link but I have no success. When I set "false" on all attributes (for testing), after some minutes, the app hide all the menus. But, if I try select and sort the attributes or just go back with all "true", the menus doesn't appear again. In addition, the link above mentions about "Enable My Files shortcut" and "Enable Shared Files shortcut", but doesn't show what attributes to use.

PS: I tried "myFiles" and "sharedFiles" attributes, but, how I said before, have no success.

And now? What's the solution?

Great Mike. Would that work for iOS app too?

Does this setup procedure will be included in future releases or should it be always applied always the way you describe on Wiki?
