Whilst Data Lists are available via the CMIS interface (and hence you could add this data layer to the app, still a fairly significant amount of work), there would be a whole load more work required to bring across the Share config required in order to render each type of list correctly. Data Lists are built on top of the Forms Runtime within Share - you'd need the config, the config reader code and the UI forms generation code rewritten in Objective-C.
Not impossible, but not trivial either!
