Hi.
I'm a new user and I'm reading the official guides.
I still don't understand if alfresco can do a conventional public web site, with a private area where the members can share documents with a hierarchy of access permission.

Another question: Why in my version of alfresco there's not the "Web Form" and "Web Projects" area? (I'm logged as admin)

Thank you.

Hi,

Yes you can have a portal where you can export documents and keep a "secured" place where users can log in and access to other documents.

About Web Forms and so on, you have to install WCM. Check the download zone. There is a zip file for WCM. There should have installation instructions in the readme file.
