Hi,
I am trying to do Multi tenancy for Alfresco with LDAP configured, But it is not working as expected.

When I am creating a tenant(Say T1) and LDAP is not configured, then I can login using (admin@T1). It is working for me.

But when I configured LDAP and creating tenants(Say T1) and logging as (admin@T1), it is not allowinging me to login.

can anyone help me out pls?

Thanx

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

The issue now is when i configured 2 ldaps for people in different domains, they still connect to one alfresco instance. But it should be 2 for the 2 different domains.

Say I have installed alfresco and created 2 tenants say abc.com and xyz.com. When people of abc.com will login they should not able to see xyz.com's repository.

When I configured LDAP, people of both the domains connected to only one Alfresco repository. So the multi tenancy part of Alfresco is not working, when LDAP is configured.

Can anyone help me out pls??

Thanks in advance.

Hi Vinaxwater,

I have only 1 Alfresco server[ alfresco.domain.com ]. 2 tenants means 2 repository [ alfresco.company1.com , alfresco.company2.com ] , 2 ldap files one for each domain i.e. company1.com and company2.com
I used the LDAP chain configuration,
For which in alfresco-global.properties I added
authentication.chain=ldap1:ldap,ldap2:ldap
[ You may check the chaining here :
http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Alfresco_Authentication_Subsystems#Example_2:_Advanced_LDAP_Chain ]
