Alfresco Labs vs Alfresco Community Edition

I just noticed that "Alfresco Community Edition 3.2" has been released.  How does this "edition" compare to the Alfresco Labs?  Has Labs just been re-branded to Community Edition or is it completely different (besides being a newer release)?
