Alfresco is not running

Hello,
I'm using Alfresco 4.0.e on win7 32bit.
Trying to start alfresco from eclipse and got this error:"The remote server may be unavailable or your authentication details have not been recognized" when go to 127.0.0.1:8080/share/
and when i go here http://127.0.0.1:8080/alfresco/ i got:" HTTP Status 404 type Status report message description The requested resource () is not available. Apache Tomcat/6.0.29 "
In Eclipse i got this:

Can you attach your alfresco.log file (\tomcat\bin\alfresco.log) ?

There's nothing in those logs that is relevant.
