Alfresco, invite nicht möglich

hi,

habe zwei kleine probleme:
1) Es ist mir nicht möglich Mitarbeiter einzuladen:
Ich kann sie finden, hinzufügen dann aber wenn ich auf einladen drücken kommt:
0 Einladungen Gesendet 1 Fehler !

2)Wie könnte ich meine AD einbinden um   ohne das benutzer sich mindestens einmal anmelden müssen?


Suche ausserdem ein deutsches manual was aktuel ist…wenn jemand ein idee hat …

was sagt denn dein alfresco.log dazu? Könntest du es bitte posten, das würde die Ursachenfindung vereinfachen.

Wenn du weiter in die Tiefe gehen willst kann ich dir das Buch von David Caruana, John Newton, …  und auch das von Jeff Potts empfehlen
Sind beide besonders für Entwickler sehr lesenswert und informativ.
Das Buch von Munwar Shariff geht weniger in die Tiefe ist aber gerade für den Einstieg recht interessant. 

Ferner gibt es natürlich auch die Möglichkeit der Schnellbetankung über die Alfresco Schulungen.
Hierzu kannst du dich am besten über unsere Schulungsseite informieren.

Ich möchte dass die Ldap daten, in alfresco automatisch integriert werden wenn es möglich ist:

Wenn ich mich normal anmelde und eine Site"X" herstelle, dann ein interner benutzer einladen möchte funkz es nicht !
Es ist möglich ihn zu finden aber das einladen geht nicht.

der stack trace besagt, dass die Einladungsmail nicht verschickt werden kann.
Überprüf bitte deine outbound Mail-Config: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/E-mail_Configuration.

ggf. hat dein User den du einladen willst auch keine Mailadresse an einem cmerson-Objekt hinterlegt.
In dem Fall: Entweder sicherstellen ds die bei allen Usern gefüllt ist, bspw über ldap sync, oder den invitation-jbpm-Processtemplate anfassem um dies vorher abzufragen.

mmh,

also mein outbound mail funkz eigentlich: Externer invite mit email geht raus und kommt an
mein problem ist aber das Interne Invite.
Die Infos sind doch in der AD ?
Auf n Tessystem von Alfresco ging das problemlos…AD Namen suchen , hinzufügen und die Einladung war erledigt !
Verstehe nicht warum es nicht fkz…

Was ist und wo  invitation-jbpm-Processtemplate

Habt ihr noch ideen ?

Hi,
nein, hier wird & wurde nie im AD gesucht. Entscheiden ist cm:email am cmerson Objekt. Dort muss eine valide mail hängen.
Entweder über das user profil vergeben oder per ldap-sync gewonnen.
In deinem fall ist der empfänger null, da hiner dem mail to nichts mehr kommt:

Ja, ich bin überfordert!

soweit ich sehe müsste das Ldap-Sync erfolgreich sein .
Manage System Users zeigt nichts von der AD an .

ok, hast du denn überhaupt einen ldap-sync konfiguriert?
wenn nein, dann ändere im Userprofil des Benutzers in Alfresco die Mailadresse.
Möglich über Alfresco Explorer, Share (profil oder admin console).
