Alfresco for iPad v. 2.0.1 - Invalid Access Token

I am having end users report numerous security related error messages with Alfresco v.2.0.1 for iPad connecting to Alfresco Cloud.

The most serious of these is the "Invalid access token" message (see attached screenshot).

This message appears after a period of inactivity and the end user is unable to log back into Alfresco. The only means I've found to work around the issue is to reinstall the app. This and other security related messages are making the app difficult to use for end users.

It's been a week now and silence so far.

Does anyone find the app to be flakey when it comes to login/security or is it only me?

Apologies for the silence, yes, unfortunately there does appear to be an issue with the refreshing of tokens for Cloud based accounts, we're aware of the issue (https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/MOBILE-2973).

We've also discovered that any error resulting from a generic REST API issue is using a permissions related message (https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/MOBILE-2979) which may give the impression there are security issues when they aren't.

Thanks Gavin. I don't have security privileges to access that particular issue.

Is there an ETA for a fix to be implemented for this issue?

I've made the issue public now so you should be able to see that it should be fixed in the next version, 2.0.2.

However, we don't have an ETA for 2.0.2 right now I'm afraid.
