We have a Charter School agency and we have developed a site using DRUPAL and we are looking into using ALFRESCO. We are also looking for someone to maintain their existing DRUPAL site. The reason we want to use ALFRESCO is because we want a product that can be easily integrated with any MICROSOFT products.
QUESTION:
1. What do you charge to manage a DRUPAL site and what is the scope of the service your management services?
2. What will it cost to develop an ALFRESCO site which will be integrated with their DRUPAL site
We need the following in ALFRESCO, are these functionalities part of Alfresco and is it possible to have them working by Alfresco?
Developers interested in the job may let me know what would they charge for it and how much time they would need?
1. A multi-user Calendar System
* The Director wants to be able to see and know where all her employees are at specific times of the day. She needs to be able to access each staff calendar to know where they are at what time.
* Calendar needs to be updateable via Outlook
* Each user will have read/write access to their own calendar
* Share calendar with anyone
* Get automatic meeting reminders
* SYNC calendar appointment
2. Project/Task Management System
* Coordinate remote project teams
* assign tasks to monitor status, progress and track deliverables from both inside and outside the organization
* control personal project to do list
3. Wiki-Type Collaboration
* share files, create pages, store documents,
* authoring and signing in and out documents
4. Document Management
* We also need an area on the site where they can drag and drop fields to create form in order to collect data from all 31 Charter schools and be able to change these field on the form on the fly. The database created needs to be in a csv/excel/access format where they can make report out of data they collect. We are currently creating a database on access for one table but are wondering if this is possible where they can have an area to drag and drop fields and it will automatically create the form and once schools fill out form, the data collected will be delivered in a format they can run reports on. As an example, We need to collect data from each school as to how many staff, address, telephone, contacts, annual budget, is location on a homestead, etc. Then if the state needs more information, we need to be able to simply add another field and be able to have all schools fill out that one additional field that's been added and have the data re-reported back to the Admin Office in a format they can extract reports from.
* Need a repository for Policies, Regulations, and the ability for authoring, versioning, of these policies
* An area where the different Charter schools can get forms pertinent to specific topics: example, if a school is closing, we need to be able to go into an area where there are procedure to show them what forms are required to transition each child to a new school
5. Meeting Space to organize meetings, files, and attendees
* Need an area where we can review past training/webinars videos…and even download them on local computers
