Alfresco does not find good

Hello! I'm spanish, and I do not speak English very well, but I understand perfectly.

Well, the issue is really complicated, try to expose our best to see if you can help me.
The problem is that I have integrated LDAP in my alfresco comunity and in principle works well. But when i search a determinated user in administration panel, no found the user. But I search other user, alfresco found her. Found some determinated users, and no others found. If i search all users, no problem, show all.

Alfresco show me this error if i search a user in user management

Can not find the repository item referenced by Id: root - has probably erased the record of the database.

And show me this other if i search in group management

Please correct the following errors and click OK.

         System error occurred during the operation: Node does not exist: workspace: / / SpacesStore/b6873674-f8db-400b-8a93-24853396ab4a

Could you please try re-building indexes and re-start the server and check if it is working or not.

how i do re-building indexes?

You may do it by putting below entry in your alfresco-global.properties.
index.recovery.mode=FULL

Hi

What version of Alfresco are you using?
What are the details (all the properties) of the user that gives problems ?
Are you trying to match teh user by useridm first namd or last name?
