Alfresco Community 4.0 Records Management

Is it possible to use the Records Management with Community Version 4.0a? Where can I download the amp File, and how to install?
I cannot find the amp file in the download area.

You can't I'm afraid. Records Management will not be available for v4.0 for some time due to the large amount of refactoring to the Share code between 3.4 and 4.0. As the extension points have completely changed, we need to revisit much of the RM code. On a positive note, we'll also be refactoring the RM module itself, to make it less dependent on the DoD spec. and also remove the strict folder hierarchy.

Whilst I cannot put a release date on it, it's unlikely to be until next year.

If Records Management is important to you, please use v3.4.

What do you think. When I use Alfresco 3.4d with Mysql, it is hard to migrate my data and configuration to Alfreco 4.0 postgresp next year??

Just stay on MySQL… no migration necessary.

I just installed Alfresco Community 4.0 and really need to get the Records Management module as well… is the Records Management module an option with Community version 4.0 yet? If so, how to I get it?

When will it be possible to use RM2.0 with Alfresco 4 Community?   We have this big Alfresco project going and I can't test RM 2.0 if it's not available for the Community version.   So I'm waiting very impatiently for it!
