Alfresco Community 3.0.0 installation on RHEL

I downloaded a nightly build of Alfresco Community 3.0.0 (http://dev.alfresco.com/downloads/nightly/dist/AlfrescoCommunity-3.0.0dev-Linux-x86-Install) from the Alfresco Developer website. However, there's very little documentation on installing this package. Can anyone help me pointing me directions on installing this? I'm running CentOS, which is RHEL based.
