Alfresco built-in workflows, allow users other than manager to assign tasks to other users

Hi,

i tried searching the forum and documentation but did not find answer to my question. I have alfresco community 5.0d.

I am trying allow users who are not managers to assign tasks to other users (assigning tasks to groups works).

When trying to select (search for) user I get the following error:

org.alfresco.repo.security.permissions.AccessDeniedException: 04281109 Access Denied. You do not have the appropriate permissions to perform this operation.

To answer my self,

I limited site creation (https://forums.alfresco.com/forum/installation-upgrades-configuration-integration/configuration/alfr...) and it was interfering with workflow creation for users other than administrators.
