Alfresco after forced shutdown failure window popup

I am using alfresco 4.0D with Ubuntu10.04  on VMware. When I uploaded lots of files with ftp client, the VM looks like no respond, so I forced shutdown the VM.  
After reboot the VM several times, Alfresco finally start working, but the preview always had a failed windows popup every time.
Did anyone got this issue before? How can I fix this issue?

Could you post your alfresco log file so that we could see what error is occurring? On Ubuntu, it will be the catalina.out file in the tomcat/logs directory.

Thinks Kevin, after a while, maybe 2 to 3hrs, it seems fixed by it self, but I got another problem.
