Alfresco 4.0 Integration with Acitve Directory (Windows Server 2008 R2)

Hi, I am completely new to Alfresco. I installed Alfresco in Windows Server 2008 R2. Now I'm trying to integrate with Active Directory so that AD users can access Alfresco. Is there any step by step guide on how to integrate Alfresco 4.0 with Active Directory? Any help is greatly appreciated!
