Alfresco 4.0.e on jboss 7.1.1.final

i want to deploy embedded alfresco 4.0.e ear on jboss 7.1.1.FINAL. Can any one suggest me the recommended approach.?

You can't, the latest version of JBoss includes many changes of the application server architecture and Alfresco should be conformed for that.

If you find a way to deploy Alfresco on JBoss 7, this is not supported at all and it is at your own risk, as you can see from the Official Supported Platform document, Alfresco only supports JBoss AS 5.1.1:
