Hello,

Is it possible to create a webform (xsd), which contains references to xmls generated by others webforms?

I mean:

I have two webforms, A and B, with their xsd files.
I wish to create another webform, called C, which would contain contents generated by the others webforms A and B.
At the creation time of a C instance, i would just have to select A and B xml files (like anyURI, but i want to reuse A and B content in C xsl files)

Is it possible to make that, and perform automatic regeneration of webForm C when concerned A and B elements are modified?

Best regards,

So, i use anyURI elements.
In webform c templates, i use  parseXmlDocument(url)

otherwise i don't know how to refresh C generated elements when A and B are changed? any ideas?

Hi, I'm not sure how much this will help but in the Alfresco WCM Eval Guide 2.0 (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/alfresco/WCM_Eval_Guide2.0.pdf?modtime=1172667639&big_mirror=0) they use one webform (a) to create footers and another webform (b) which can be used to select xml files created with the footers webform (a). Unfortunately I don't think they explain how they do it but you end up with all the source code if you follow the tutorial. As for having webform (a) regenerated everytime the contents in webform (b) changes to represent these changes I would like to know how to do that too.
