Newbie: OOME New Install

Installing Alfresco 3.0 for the first time…

The default in Alfresco.sh is -Xmx512m so I can't see why I would get an OOME.  I do not have OpenOffice installed and choose the Alfresco install directory when prompted by the installer.

Still no luck.

The killer error seems to be the one below… but what I cannot understand is why it is trying to use OpenOffice at all since I do not have this.

Please provide a hint… I don't want to give up before I have even got started.
