After restoring alfresco Getting Error Your authentication details have not been recognized or  may not be available at this time. error when trying to login

Back up steps:

Stoped the tomcat and postgreSQL

copied the contentstore  and contentstore.deleted folder in Alf_data

Restore:

Copied the contentstore  and contentstore.deleted folder in Alf_data in the new installation

I am beginner  in alfresco , can anyone  please help? please tell me the steps how to correctly back up restore in alfresco community edition 4.2 ?

It seems that you does not restore postgresql backup in the new installation.

You can find more details at `alfresco.log` file or `catalina.out` file: find these files in your Alfresco installation folder.
