After power failure system reverted to default

Hello

I am relatively new to Alfresco and sorry if I am posting this in the incorrect location.

I am running alfresco 3.0 on a windows server 2003 PC, the endusers could log in with there details and password but after a power failure.

No one could log into the system with their details but I soon discovered I can login with the default admin/admin and guest/guest but all the data is missing,

I have an alfresco.log but it seems to be really old and not modified recently.

Please let me know if there is any other information that I must post from log files.

Are you sure you are running the right instance of alfresco?

I am sure.

There are older services on the machine and the I tried running them in all the different combination the only one that loads correctly seems to be the system which has reverted to default.

If I run the other sql instance when I log in I get a red writing about sql exceptions when logging in.
