I have a folder in Repository by name 'Incomming-Docs'. For all the documents uploaded into this folder must have 3 additional required fields such as 'Case Number' (alphanumeric value) and 'Priority' (numeric value) and 'Priority Set Date' (Date Field). So that the documents can be searched & downloaded based on these values. For doing this what are the required configuration I need to do. Please suggest.
These fields should also be visible when opening the documents.
