Adding two Custom Content Types within the same Business Rul

Good afternoon guys

Do you know if it is possible adding two custom content types to a document within the same business rule?? . I have two custom content types defined in my alfresco configuration, and I have created a business rule for a space that every time that I add a document, those custom types should be added to it, however the rule seems to add only the first custom type,,, anyone knows why?

Imagine I have Custom type A and Custom type B defined, and I can add these two custom types independetly to any document in my alfresco configuration, but what I want to do is creating a business rule within the space "SpaceA" that will add the two types to any document that wil be added to the space. I have created the rule with these parameters:

Step1: Selecting Conditions:
All Content

Step2Smiley Frustratedelect Actions
a) Specialice the type of an item –> Custom type A
b) Specielice the type of an item –> Custom type B

Step3: Enable Rule.

And all the documents added to this space just get the Custom Type A??? any ideas why?? I have tried to split the rule in two…. but even so only the Custom Type is assigned to the document.

Is it only possible to have a type per document and I should think about using aspects for what I am trying???

Thanks a lot

Hi,

You're on the right track. A document can only have one type, but it can have many aspects. Use aspects and your problem will go away.

Hope this helps,
