Adding Multi-Select Checkbox on Advance Search Screen

I want to add multi-select checkbox on advance search screen. Please suggest how this can be achieved.

Under - share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/site-webscripts/org/alfresco/components/form/controls you may find a control called - selectmany.ftl. This should serve your purpose.

I checked it but unable to find that file..

kindly help me for the issue "There is no option tab for the check box to add multiple entries(Similar to radio button)."
