Adding default user groups & permission set to attributes.

Hi All,

I want to attach default user groups or a default permission set to the custom types (either at document level or folder level) created, so that the users defined in that group can only use that custom types on any document or folder.Is this possible ?

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to do, but you can tie custom roles to custom types.  See these two references:
