Adding custom content properties

Hello,

can someone tell me, if I can expand the properties I assign to certain content, and of course, how to do it. For example, when adding new content to a space, Alfresco only offers Name, Content type, Encoding, Title, Description and Author as default properties. I would like to have more properties, such as Customer name, Category,….in short I want to add or remove properties by myself.

Thanks for your reply. I read the article and followed the instructions. Unfortunately I didn't succeed, the only visible result was doubleing of all aspects in the Manage custom rules category.

when you create the rule, unchecked "Run rule in background" You don' duplicate the aspect.
