Add file in current Workflow

Hi,

I need help with add a file in the current Workflow.
I'm using the addon "Add Digital Signatures to pdf files" => https://addons.alfresco.com/addons/add-digital-signatures-pdf-files
Having signed my pdf file, the addon add itself the file in the workflow once on two.

You can see the screen attachement
The first file is my basic pdf, the file with "-1.pdf" is my file generated after the signature. On this screen, you can see the signed pdf is correctly add to the workflow.

Here is my problem, i want to add the file in my workflow (bpm_package) 100% of the time. I tried many things (javascript) but no one work.
