Add attributes to existing elements/tags

Hey everyone,

First of all I'm new with activity and I'm playing couple of days ago with the Extending Activiti Designer - user guide. It works fine.
But can I add, on this way, additional configurations respectively property-types to the existing shapes e.g. sequenceFlow, userTask or exclusiveGateway?

Yes, BPMN 2.0 allows custom elements in the 'extensionElements' tag. Using BpmnModel you can get this information.

Thanks for the answer. I have try to add property-types to a UserTask in the properties screen (http://activiti.org/userguide/index.html#eclipseDesignerExtending). Unfortunately without success. Are some examples or so available?
