Add a new dashlet to all sites or users

Hello,

I tried searching the forum, but didn't find a similar question. Can somebody point me in the right direction here? I'm adding a few dashlets to our Alfresco 3.0 share. Some of them are site-dashlets, some are user dashlets. What I don't know how to do is add the completed dashlets to ALL sites or to ALL users. Can this be done and how? Since I don't know the passwords of my users, of course.

Well, the AVM store thing looks really promising, I'll look into it.

Once I find some solution I'll try to remember to post it here.
