Is it possible to add a JSP page to Alfresco?

Namely, in the administration area.

Alfresco is a Java web app. The Explorer client uses JSP. So you can add JSP pages to the application. I would recommend keeping them separated from the core distribution so that you can easily tell what is yours and what came from Alfresco.
