Activiti work flow use cases and capabilities

Hi All,

I have the following requirements, Can anyone please explain me in brief to achieve the following use cases ,


a. The workflow are visible in the user’s dashboard as per security policy
b. Allows users to go back and forth on the planning cycle
c. Gives a visual status and health of the Planning cycle
d. Allows users to put the plan in auto-pilot or manual control
e. Visual Workflow detail section, which will open the selected workflow and allow user to take action
f. Possibility to have multiple sub-steps to a step and the number of sub-steps can vary depending upon the data setup.
g. UI customization (like changing/adding the buttons, styles/css)

That's a whole lot of questions and seems to me more of a RFP to me.. Look into what activiti can do and try matching the activiti-pronciples (tasks, assignees, subprocesses, ..) to your requirement and come back with specific questions. I'm afraid you won't get a lot of answers this question otherwise…
