activiti-webapp-explorer2, v5.13 not found in maven

The activiti-webapp-explorer2 is not available in maven, in neither of these two locations:

https://maven.alfresco.com/nexus/content/repositories/public/org/activiti/activiti-webapp-explorer2/

Is that by design, or an accident?

See our website for the repository URL, it should be

https://maven.alfresco.com/nexus/content/groups/public/org/activiti/activiti-webapp-explorer2/

where you can find the 5.13 version.
I don't know why the other one isn't showing the 5.13 … maybe it's something that is mirrored only once a day?
