Activiti support

Can somebody explain if it's possible to get the consulting services for Activiti, how quick and how exactly it's supposed to be working. We are located in SF Bay Area.

I've contacted Alfresco and BP3 through the interface provided, but didn't get any responses back. This is why I asked the forum if there is any other way to clarify it and how exactly it works.
