Activiti Explorer Editor shows 404

I am using activiti 5.12.1.
I have already deploy a bar file .
Now if i going click on "convert to editable model" for a process ,
it shows "HTTP Status 404 - Not Found".

also if i try to create a New Model in Explorer and select "Activiti Modeler" , this one also give "HTTP Status 404 - Not Found".
The "activiti-modelor" jar already added in "activiti-explorer/WEB-INF/lib/"

please help

Did you customize the Activiti Explorer? Or are you using the default Activiti Explorer WAR?

I am using default activiti explorer WAR.
I just change for user login with ldap credentials .

ok, are you running the application under context root activiti-explorer? Or are you using a different context root?
