Activiti Evaluation

Hello,

We have been evaluating Activiti for our new project's BPM requirements and Activiti's feature set looks very promising. I have been reading through the forum topics to find out if there's any pricing involved at any stage. Since it's an open source technology, what's your technical support model if we use it? Is it just through these forum topics/discussions or do you guys have any pricing or cost associated with providing any technical support along the way?

At the moment it is indeed open source. But we are in discussing with partners to provide "technical support" in the very near future.
Keep an eye on the website, it should be announced in a few weeks from now.
