Actually I personally would not use the Business Rule Task but integrate Drools via ServiceTask & API yourself. There is a small demo app available (for the camunda fox platform, but the app is working on Activiti, just the deployment is different): https://svn.camunda.com/fox/demo/fox/order-confirmation-rules/; https://svn.camunda.com/fox/demo/fox/twitter-drools/trunk/

Unfortunately order confirmation rule does not exist on the given link. I will take a look at the twitter example but it seems that it is really a simple example. Do you have any more complex example that uses Drools and avtiviti?
Regards.

Remove the ";" from the end of the link, seems to be a bug in the forum
