Active Directory group and user synchronization

Hi,

I'd like integrate Alfresco (v.4.0e community) and Active Directory (Windows 2008 R2). I want to restrict integration of group and user .
In Active Directory I have 2 Organisation Units and 12 Security Groups.
I'd like integrate groups from domain=acme.com, ou=England, Security Group=Sales, Security Group=Development.
I'd like integrate users who are members of Security Group=Sales, Security Group=Development.
How to describe this configuration in properties file?

Please help me.
