Do ACL lists in Alfresco work as a UNION of all permissions set on a particular resource, like the java acl implementation?

Hi

They work like the unix file system - any allow allows.
There is deny which is not exposed.

If you are given the permission via a group ACL and denied via a user ACL you will have the permission.
