Access Denied while fetching document

Hi all,

I am trying to access a document stored in Share site folder say "Test" which is under documentLibrary.

I am able to fetch file if user has Collaborator privileges. But if user has Read only privileges CMIS throws "Access Denied" exception.

I am using Alfresco 3.3g community.

I tried with 3.4.b.

But same issue.

Not only for the Sites folders, if I try to access document under comapany home/MyFolder which has READ ONLY permissions,
CMIS throws Access Denied exception.

Can anyone confirm the same?
