I have created 2 spaces - "author" and "reviewer" and associated user1 with coordinator role to "author" space and associated user2 with coordinator role to "reviewer" space. I have set content rules- when a document is created/uploaded in "author" space then workflow is set-Submit for Approval and Pending for approval. When user1 clicks on Submit workflow then content should be moved from "author" space to "reviewer" space. When I run this workflow from admin user , all works fine. But attempting same action from user1 login causes following exception :
"Failed to approve the document due to system error: 04040033 Access Denied. You do not have the appropriate permissions to perform this operation."
You need to create user1 as well as user2 ie the author and the reviewer at the Company Home workspace if you want both of them to inherit the same rights as that of the admin.
