5.0.0c and office 2013 not running 'edit online'

Installed community edition 5.0.0 c
Ms Office 2013 running on windows 8.1 pro

There's the "Edit online" button
But when I click the button, it opens Office app with toolbars, but not the document.
There is no error message.
Tested in IE, Firefox, Chrome

Why?

Bump: I am having the same issue here.

Anyone have any ideas, been trawling the blogs/support and tried numerous things.
