3.2r record management on 3.2

Is there a upgrade path for 3.2 to 3.2r. I tried it with no success?

or is it possible to deploy record modules to 3.2 installation?

3.2 should upgrade to 3.2r.    That's the path to persue.

There's no way to deploy the RM application to 3.2 since it needs the new records management services of 3.2r.

I tried to upgrade with no success either, from released 3.2 to 3.2r.

Maybe someone who succeeded could post a specific upgrade path? (The general path doesn't seem to work).
