2 workflows combined?

Hi all,

If anybody has provided their users with task history like I have
(using the guidelines in http://www.wowww.nl/2007/09/14/creating-an-alfresco-task-history-the-java-style/)
has anyone noticed two workflows COMBINED together accidentally?
If so, do you know what the problem was and how to fix it?  ops:

p.s. If anyone is familiar with the database, please share some knowledge… maybe I can track it down directly in the Alfresco database.
