1.3 Preview

I tried to download the preview from sourceforge and got this msg"

There was a problem downloading the file from superb-east.dl.sourceforge.net. Please try a different mirror.

I tried several mirrors all with similar msgs.  Has it not replicated yet?  It says there's been 836 downloads.  Does sourceforge count clicks or completed downloads?

The only one I was able to get it from was the dublin site.

I was able to pull it down from Puzzle (Bern).  None of the North American sites were working:  U of M, Easynews.
