Hyland for Salesforce: With the cloud-native release of Hyland for Salesforce on the Content Innovation Cloud, customers gain an integration that seamlessly exposes document list views, search and other content management capabilities from the Content Innovation Cloud — directly within Salesforce. Notable features include: 

• Ability to leverage cloud-native content management capabilities in-context of CRM processes, giving you instant access to high-value content all within your familiar Salesforce interface

Hyland for Guidewire Claimcenter, a ready-to-deploy integration between the Content Innovation Cloud and Guidewire ClaimCenter, accelerates claims transformation. This Ready for Guidewire-validated integration delivers powerful, cloud-native content management capabilities within the familiar ClaimCenter interface. Insurers can expand their Guidewire investment with AI-enabled intelligent document processing, workflow automation and AI agents, while reducing costs and speeding implementation.

Intelligent Correspondence for Revenue Cycle in the Content Innovation Cloud delivers generative AI-powered document capture, separation, classification and intelligent data extraction technology, so health systems can further minimize bottlenecks and reduce costs associated with processing mail, fax, email and lockbox documents. Features include:

Hyland Intelligent MedRecords 

With this release, Intelligent MedRecords is now available in the Content Innovation Cloud, delivering gen AI-powered document capture, separation, classification and intelligent data extraction technology. These enhancements help health systems remove bottlenecks and reduce costs associated with medical records processing. Highlights include: 

• Advanced gen AI-powered process automation capabilities that drastically reduce medical records processing costs and time, making critical patient data available faster for more informed care decisions 

• Intelligent recognition technology that accurately extracts data, which reduces costly errors and the need for human intervention 

• A gen AI prompt-based interface that simplifies automation design and configuration 

Hyland Cloud Update Service 

This release makes Cloud Update Service available in the Content Innovation Cloud. Now, Hyland OnBase users can streamline the application of the latest software updates to your OnBase solution and ensure the highest levels of compliance, quality and security. Notable features include: 

• Choose when and where updates occur: Updates can be applied to the environments of your choice (dev, test, prod) at the time of your choice 

• Updates can be automated: Automate the update process, reducing manual effort and potential errors 

• Strengthened security: Promptly addresses vulnerabilities, protecting your data and operations 

Hyland Knowledge Discovery enhancements 

Knowledge Discovery enables you to unlock information across multiple repositories using natural language. Using agents built on an intuitive point-and-click interface, you can use Knowledge Discovery to optimize the search for relevant information and unlock deeper, actionable insights. Highlights include: 

• Ability for administrators to provide additional context, definitions and instructions to Knowledge Discovery agents for a more refined end user experience and improved AI-generated output 

• Customizable guardrails for you to tune how the AI responds and generates information, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, improving trust and adoption, and supporting flexibility across teams and industries 

• Connection to any Hyland repository (OnBase, Alfresco, Nuxeo and Perceptive Content) 

Hyland Knowledge Enrichment enhancements 

Knowledge Enrichment transforms unstructured enterprise content into structured, AI-ready data. Designed to support AI agents, analytics and automation, Knowledge Enrichment curates and enriches content from the start, making it easier to search, analyze and act on information. This release enables: 

• The ability to identify and mask sensitive information (for example: names, emails, addresses, social security numbers, account numbers, etc.) across 600-plus supported file types  

• Configurable policies that allow developers to decide what to mask, redact or preserve for downstream AI and analytics use 

• Healthcare customers to process and enrich HL7 healthcare messages, unlocking the ability to extract structured meaning, apply metadata and integrate healthcare data into AI-driven workflows 

Hyland Automate enhancements 

The latest release of Hyland Automate enhances AI-powered configuration, enabling you to use natural language prompts to modify processes and build forms. This helps reduce the time and effort required for solution design.  

These enhancements include the ability for users to modify processes using natural language prompts, which allows them to easily make refinements and meet business needs. Additionally, Forms design now supports prompt-based form rules creation, further accelerating form-building and configuration. 

Hyland IDP enhancements 

The latest release of Hyland IDP in the Content Innovation Cloud enables you to extract more value from your documents and accelerate solution configuration. 

New features include a reasoning option during configuration that allows adding fields for extraction of information not explicitly contained in the document. Additionally, document class configuration now supports class hierarchies, enabling field inheritance and allowing related documents to be combined for more streamlined processing and agentic reasoning. 

Hyland Nuxeo LTS2025 V3 

Nuxeo LTS2025 V3 delivers smarter content management with cognitive search for faster discovery, cloud-native retention to meet strict compliance and high-speed bulk uploads that accelerate onboarding. Release features include:

• Improved search features with independent search functionality 

• Enhanced efficiency that allows users to locate information more quickly and effectively than ever before

• Robust legal retention and records management, as well as the ability to seamlessly manage compliance

Hyland Alfresco 25.2 

With Alfresco 25.2, Hyland adds important new tools to support solution builders and administrators. Enhancements include: 

• Improved administration tools: Out-of-the-box dashboards help administrators identify trends, bottlenecks and issues, as well as help optimize performance, delivering improved performance capabilities. 

• System performance and scalability: New Alfresco Process Services tools enable significantly improved performance and reduced bottlenecks. 

Hyland Alfresco Content Connector for SAP ILM 

New releases for Alfresco Content Connector for SAP ILM enable you to further reduce the cost and complexity of managing SAP content while ensuring compliance with regulatory, privacy and security requirements. By storing both live and archived SAP data within Alfresco, customers can reduce SAP operational costs and provide consistent content and records management of all enterprise information, including SAP documents.
