Hi, I am looking to create a new support ticket, and also view my old tickets from Jira. A link to this would be great.

Hi, Nicole! Josh is right. As noted in the blog post he shared, Nuxeo customers can still submit support cases in Jira today until 5 p.m. ET. After that time, you will need to submit support cases through Hyland Community. Once the migration is complete you'll be able to view your cases in the Customer Portal tab of the site as well. If you haven't already, check out the Nuxeo Atlassian migration support FAQ which has lots of answers to common questions about how to get access and engage with support resources following the migration.
