Each task class has a variable called "needi18n". It is used to check if a directive is necessary to translate, but it is set nowhere, excluding publishing and comments.
As result, the directive is not translated in gadget and on document summary page.
The same situation is its name.
So, where should it be set in version 5.5 ?
