Refresh the Task Widget

Hi,

In the documentation, i found this page : "How to Refresh the Task Widget on the Summary Tab" http://doc.nuxeo.com/display/NXDOC/How+to+Refresh+the+Task+Widget+on+the+Summary+Tab

It is said that "you need to use the User Interface >Refresh operation, with the value "workflowNewProcessStarted" for the event name".

But, i don't understand : there is no "event name" in the "User Interface >Refresh" operation.

Could someone help me ? Christine

hello,

actually there was a refactoring since this documentation was written and the operations available since 6.0 changed.

When the target platform in a Studio project was 5.8, there was a "User Interface >Refresh" operation with a parameter "additional list of seam events to raise". But as you noticed, this parameter is not present any more if the target platform is 6.0+. You need to use the operation "User Interface > Raise Seam events" now, with the parameter "seamEvents" to indicate the event name (workflowNewProcessStarted in your case).

Kind regards,

Thierry
